Welcome to Arkansas Baptist College and thank you for your interest in our Adult Degree Program.

Arkansas Baptist College offers an Evening and Weekend undergraduate studies program tailored to the unique needs of adult learners. With adequate transfer credit, you can attend classes one or two nights per week and complete your bachelor’s degree in as little as two years.

Adult Degree Program

Arkansas Baptist College’s Evening and Weekend College was designed with one objective in mind:  helping you succeed in college.  At Arkansas Baptist College, busy adults, working professionals, veterans, and transfer students can advance their careers, gain skills necessary to change jobs, or vastly enrich their personal lives through part-time or full-time evening studies.

Our Adult Degree Program offers busy adults the flexibility to start classes anytime throughout the year. Competent staff are available to assist you with all of your questions regarding admissions, advising, financial aid, career services, internships, and tutoring.  The Arkansas Baptist College Adult Degree Program offers busy adults a combination of classroom and online classes so that you have a choice in course options that work best for your schedule, preferences, and learning style.

Program Requirements

To be eligible for the Evening and Weekend College Adult Degree Program, students must:

  • Be at least 25 years of age;
  • Have at least five (5) years of work experience;
  • Have 30 hours or more of college credit; and,
  • Have never earned a bachelor’s degree.

NOTE:  Arkansas Baptist College will consider those interested in the program who do not meet all eligibility requirements on a case-by-case basis.

Cost

Standard tuition and fees apply.  Prior Learning Credit awarded at a reduced fee structure.

STEP 1 : APPLY

Complete the online admissions application and pay the $50.00 application fee.

STEP 2: SUBMIT A TRANSCRIPT

Submit an official transcript from all colleges and universities attended to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment.

STEP 3: SUBMIT IMMUNIZATION RECORDS

Submit proof of two (2) MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) immunizations, immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella, a medical or non-medical exemption, or birth before January 1957 to the Office of Admissions and Recruitment.

STEP 4: FEDERAL AID

Students seeking Federal Student Aid must submit an official high school transcript.
