ETS Proficiency Profile (ETS PP) Exams

The ETS Proficiency Profile (ETS PP) Exams will be administered to Associate Degree candidates with 30 or more credit hours beginning October 18, 2021.

Students earning an Associate Degree in the Fall of 2021, Spring 2022, or Summer 2022 are required to take this exam. 

What is the ETS PP Exam?

The ETS Proficiency Profile exams consist of two exams. The two-hour objective skills Proficiency Profile exam assesses reading, writing, math, and critical thinking with questions from humanities, social sciences, and natural sciences.  The computer-based essay exam hour exam assesses writing skills.  Students are required to take both exams.

When can I take the ETS PP Exam?

The exams will be administered this fall October 18th, through October 30, 2021 in Old Main B110. A Saturday test will be available October 30, 2021 by appointment only. Students may register for the test on the door of Old Main B110 for the weekday tests or contact Ms. Banks in B110 for the Saturday exam.

Where will the test be administered? 

  • The test will be administered in the Old Main Auditorium for social distancing.
  • The computer-based test will be given in the Old Main B110 Computer Lab

How do I get registered?

Students may register for the exams on the door of Old Main B110 or by emailing for scheduling. 

Please include the test date per the schedule below and add your contact information (telephone number and email address).  There will be one Saturday test by appointment only.
